Ultrasound-Assisted Extraction of Bioactive Polyphenolic and antifungal activities of Mexican Oregano

Biography:

An organic chemist and university lecturer at the Department of Chemistry, Lead City University, Ibadan, Nigeria. He is also a postgraduate researcher at Esteemed Autonomous University of Coahuila. He focused on encapsulating bioactive phytoconstituents from medicinal plants and agro-industrial waste. He earned his degrees in chemistry and organic chemistry from the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, Nigeria. He has extensive experience with the isolation and characterization of bioactive compounds from plants.
